Bitte beachten Sie, dass alle auf dieser Website angezeigten Preise und Steuern die Porto- und/oder Versandkosten enthalten. SIE ENTHALTEN JEDOCH KEINE EINFUHRZÖLLE ODER ZOLLGEBÜHREN. Sollte Ihre Postanschrift außerhalb der Europäischen Union liegen, werden Sie möglicherweise bei der Zustellung zur Zahlung dieser Gebühren aufgefordert.

Rückgaben

Produkte können innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Lieferung zurückgegeben werden. Um Ihre Waren zurückzusenden, senden Sie bitte eine E-Mail an:-

Sobald wir Ihre Rücksendung genehmigt haben, erhalten Sie ein Versandetikett. Die Kosten für die Rücksendung müssen Sie selbst tragen, diese werden nicht von Buttercup übernommen. Sobald Ihr Produkt zurückgegeben wurde, erfolgt innerhalb von 30 Tagen eine Rückerstattung direkt auf die Debit-/Kreditkarte, die für den ursprünglichen Kauf verwendet wurde (Zollgebühren werden vom Betrag Ihrer Rückerstattung abgezogen, falls aufgrund der Rücksendung Gebühren angefallen sind).

Rückerstattungen und Umtausch sind nicht möglich, wenn die Markenetiketten und Preisschilder entfernt wurden und die Artikel offensichtlich gebraucht, verschmutzt oder beschädigt sind.

Bitte senden Sie Ihren Kauf in einer geeigneten Verpackung zurück und bewahren Sie die Quittung als Versandnachweis auf. Nutzen Sie einen Sendungsverfolgungsdienst, um die Zustellung Ihres zurückgegebenen Artikels an uns zu gewährleisten.

Please note that all prices and taxes shown on this site include the cost of postage and / or shipping. THEY DO NOT, HOWEVER, INCLUDE IMPORT DUTIES OR CUSTOMS FEES. Should your postal address be outwith the European Union, you may be asked to pay these fees upon delivery.

Returns

Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. In order to return your goods, please send an email to :-

Once we approve your return a shipping label will be provided. You should cover the cost of the return yourself, this will not be paid by Buttercup. Once your product has been returned, a refund will be paid within 30 days, paid directly to the debit/credit card used for the original purchase (custom fees will be deducted from the amount of your refund, should any have accrued due to the return).

Refunds and exchanges will not be possible if the brand labels and price tags are removed and where items are clearly used, soiled or damaged.

Please return your purchase in appropriate packaging and keep receipt for proof of postage - use a tracked service to guarantee delivery of your returned item to us.
